Canadian Government tightens mortgage rules to avoid 'bubble'.

Hello Lorraine!

I just have to tell this to Mark:

Last week I had an idea to use an ice cream scooper that I got at the dollar store and make up a silly saying and attach it and leave .  Something like:
"Do not allow your deal to melt away. Scoop up a deal with Debbie today!"
 
So I HAVE HAD my eye on a for sale by owner for some time now in a swanky neighborhood.  I have always wanted to list a house

I took a listing two weeks a go and showed my sellers the advantage of listing there home just under the average asking price in there area. They did and I just bottom lined the offer today, two weeks after listing it!!! They at first was not going to take the offer buy I did the little counter and the cost of waiting and and the first offer is most likely the best and the listened!!!!

The Elsea Challenge has been producing great results. This contest was set up for Real Estate One offices to see if those that wanted to get involved could surpass last years totals for Listings, sales, min. 5% price reductions, referrals for affiliates, and outgoing RELO referrals during June and the 1st two weeks in July.
