Dear Grad School members.
Having trouble downloading audio and video files from the webinar archives? Follow my few quick steps and your troubles will dissapear.
#1 Right click on the file
(don't just click normal.. right click). When you right click you should see a menu pop out similar to the one below (menus vary). Scroll down and select "Save Target As..." like you see below.

It is very easy actually. On the front page of Grad School just below the member login box on the right side. There are 2 links. #1 is Forgot your password? #2 is Forgot your username.
Simply click on the link you need to recover info for and follow
