 Brad Hanks is a real estate industry veteran with more than 18 years experience as an agent, broker, manager, franchise executive, speaker and trainer.  He has consulted and trained throughout the industry in the areas of sales performance, brokerage management, and the use of technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.  An expert on the use of social media in business, Brad provides real estate professionals with an understanding of the new tools of the trade, and the means to use these tools to generate business.  He truly is “Connecting People with Success.”

An active broker in Colorado, Brad also holds licenses in Washington and West Virginia, and instructs as a Master Instructor for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), as well as a Senior Instructor with the Colorado Association of REALTORS^®.  He has participated on various committees with the National Association of REALTORS^® over the years, and served as the CRB National President from 2001-2002.
