Mechelle Sippial Wilder is a woman of many talents. Her illustrious career, attributes and achievements are outstanding.
Mechelle’s accomplishments in the Real Estate field alone
tells us that she is not someone who does things half way. Along with being an Associate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist and a
Graduate of the Realtor Institute she is also a Multi-Million Dollar
Producer. She has won awards in New Home Sales several years running and also
in the Club of Excellence.
She is a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified
Relocation Specialist, and is Certified in New Construction Sales and placed in the
Top Ten % or Better in Sales for a number of consecutive years –
RealtySouth Oak Mtn/Hoover.
Mechelle is an Honors Graduate of Samford University in Birmingham
and a former IBM Marketing Representative and 100% Club Member.
On a personal note Mechelle is married to Rev. Dr. Thomas L.
Wilder Jr.and has been for the past 25 years. She is the mother of four children: Charis,
Thomas III, Gilia and Kendra, and is also the Church pianist.
Mechelle also serves as Board Member of the Hoover Schools Foundation
and the Spain Park High School PTSO.

Bio
Thomas Wilder is Alagasco’s Manager of Community Development.
In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing various
activities associated with consumer/community affairs and acting as an external
consultant to address the interest of consumers, the community and the company. He returned to Alagasco in 2003 after working
for 10 years as corporate human resources manager at BE&K
Active in a number of civic and professional organizations,
Thomas serves on the boards of the United Way
of Central Alabama, the Shelby County Department of
Human Resources, Girls Inc., the Birmingham Construction Industry Authority and
United Cerebral Palsy. He is a pastor at
Bethel Baptist
Church in the Collegeville
community of Birmingham.
Thomas earned his master’s degree in business administration
from UAB in 1998. He received his bachelor’s
degree from the University of Alabama
in 1980. He has an honorary doctorate in
business administration from Faith Grant
College and was recognized as one
of the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40.
Although a native of Aliceville, Thomas and his wife,
Mechelle, reside in Birmingham. They have four children: Charis, Thomas III, Gilia
and Kendra.
