Cliff was born in Ireland educated in Canada and lived in the USA for over 25 years. He now resides in Ontario, Canada.

Cliff has had a vast and varied career as an educator, a management consultant, a trainer and an inspirational speaker.
He supported his wife and 5 children while attending university for eight continuous years as a very successful real estate agent in Guelph, ON. After graduation he became a professor of Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo, ON,
His graduate thesis would ultimately determine his future career. It evolved into a psychological test called RESTPAC which was used to predict the potential performance of real estate sales agents. The Ontario Government, along with OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association), made the profile a mandatory licensing requirement for several years.
During this re-entry into real estate Cliff’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to create the real estate franchise Neighborhood Realty Group (NRG) and then developed it to over 30 offices in Ontario and Eastern Canada
His passion for authentic research continued as he created RECAP: Real Estate Career Assessment Profile which examined an agent’s effective use of the specific real estate selling skills essential for peak performance.
He most recently created a real estate Online recruiting system know as RealSTAR; Real Estate Sales Temperament Aptitude Report which provides the broker with the strengths and weaknesses of recruits according to their temperament profile. It further alerts the broker to the unique “Hot Buttons” the recruit is looking for in the interview.
Cliff has been favored to be the Keynote speaker for every major Real Estate Franchise in USA and Canada, most large Independent Real Estate Companies, over 45 State and Provincial Conventions. He also was a featured keynote speaker for 10 years in a row at the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Annual Convention.
